Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the applicable return policy if eligible.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before processing, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Fraud Prevention

AYUMA Parfums reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, or inaccurate payment information.
