Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, perfumes, testers, and discovery sets are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used.

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The order arrived with missing items

Customers must report any such issue within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • All labels and seals must remain intact

  • The customer must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

AYUMA Parfums reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, AYUMA Parfums will notify the customer regarding the approval of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, AYUMA Parfums will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Perfume testers or discovery sets

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional campaigns

  • Gift cards or complimentary items

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
